Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Alyaya handles refunds for paid features, subscriptions, credits, in-app purchases, and other digital purchases connected to the Services.

Most mobile purchases are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or another payment platform. Their refund rules and timelines may apply in addition to this Policy.

If Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, we honor that platform decision and update the related subscription, credits, entitlements, or purchase records where technically possible.

01Platform purchases should generally be requested through the same platform where the purchase was made.
02Approved Google Play or Apple App Store refunds are reflected in Alyaya entitlements after confirmation.
03Refunded credits, exports, generations, subscriptions, and premium access may be removed or disabled.
04Refund timing depends on the platform, payment method, bank, and local processing rules.
