Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Alyaya handles refunds for paid features, subscriptions, credits, in-app purchases, and other digital purchases connected to the Services.
Most mobile purchases are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or another payment platform. Their refund rules and timelines may apply in addition to this Policy.
If Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, we honor that platform decision and update the related subscription, credits, entitlements, or purchase records where technically possible.

1. Google Play and Apple App Store
If you purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store, refund requests are generally reviewed by that platform under its own rules, timelines, and consumer-protection requirements.
When Google Play or Apple App Store approves a refund, we will recognize the approved refund and update the related account, subscription, entitlement, credit balance, or purchase record where technically possible.

2. Direct Purchases
If Alyaya offers direct web payments, refund eligibility may depend on product type, local law, use status, checkout terms, and any written agreement that applies.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, completed digital purchases, consumed credits, completed generations, exported assets, and renewed subscriptions may be non-refundable.

3. What Happens After a Refund
- Refunded credits, generations, exports, subscriptions, premium tools, or other paid entitlements may be revoked, reduced, or disabled
- Refunded purchases may no longer be available for use after confirmation
- We may retain records needed for billing, accounting, tax, marketplace reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and compliance

4. How to Request a Refund
- For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund flow or purchase history tools in your Google account
- For Apple App Store purchases, use Apple's report-a-problem or purchase history refund flow
- For future direct purchases, email support with the order ID, account identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request

5. Timing
Approval, payment reversal, and bank posting times depend on the marketplace, payment method, card issuer, bank, and local processing rules.
If a platform has approved a refund but your Alyaya entitlement has not updated, contact support with proof of the approved refund.

6. Abuse Prevention
We may restrict accounts, revoke entitlements, or decline assistance where we reasonably believe refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fraud, unauthorized resale, policy evasion, or other misuse has occurred.
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights under applicable law.
